incorporated in 1983 as a limited liability Kuwaiti Company and acquired the
exclusive rights to the distribution of Ford, Lincoln and Mercury vehicles in
Kuwait.
Commencing trading in 1986, following the lifting of the restrictions, and
after an absence of nearly 20 years from the country.
